Yoga Retreat

Join Erin for a very special day-long yoga retreat on Saturday January 4, 2020. 


This yoga retreat will be a wonderful way for you to pause, re-balance after the holidays, and re-focus on your well-being, your goals, and your life so that you can start the new year with renewed energy and confidence. 


This refreshing retreat will include: 

  • Two yoga classes with a wonderful balance of flow and restoration

  • Your own individual Reiki Session (30 mins) to help you truly connect to yourself

  • All of your meals professionally prepared with a focus on health and deliciousness

  • Guided meditations to help you connect with your inner self and release limiting thoughts. 

  • Workshop on letting go of the past to create space for the future

  • Vision board workshop focusing on manifesting a bright and happy future

  • Time to rest and restore on your own

  • Candlelit 3-Course Dinner Saturday night paired with 2 Wines.



10 am Arrival + Welcome Circle

10:30 am Yoga + Guided Meditation 

12 pm Lunch

    - Fresh salad & Wraps

12:30 pm Vision Board Workshop & Journaling

1 - 3:30 pm Individual Reiki Sessions

4 pm Yoga + Guided Meditation 

5:30 pm Dinner

    - 3 Course: Soup + Entree + Dessert

    - Paired with 2 wines 

7 pm Closing circle 

7:30 pm Departure 



The Black Walnut Tree Inn is close enough to home (about 1 hour from Boston) but far enough that you can breathe deeper and let go of your everyday stress.


This is going to be a truly special experience and I hope you can make it! And remember, this retreat is meant for YOU to getaway and relax - so all of the activities are optional and you can make it your own.
