Guided meditations to help you connect with your inner self and release limiting thoughts.
Workshop on letting go of the past to create space for the future
Vision board workshop focusing on manifesting a bright and happy future
Time to rest and restore on your own

The Black Walnut Tree Inn is close enough to home (about 1 hour from Boston) but far enough that you can breathe deeper and let go of your everyday stress.
